💰 Delivery Pricing
We offer a simple, flat-rate delivery fee:
- $15.00 -$25.00 NZD — rate for all local deliveries within our delivery zones
No hidden fees. No surprises at checkout.
⏰ Same-Day Delivery
Need flowers delivered today? We offer same-day delivery when you order before our daily cutoff time.
- Same-day cutoff time: 2:00 PM
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be delivered the same day
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be scheduled for the next available delivery day
- outer Suburbs cut off 12:00 PM.
- rural orders need to place order day before 2:00 PM

Can I include a personalised message?
Yes! You can add a personalised gift message at checkout. Your message will be printed on a card and included with the bouquet.
What if no one is home at the time of delivery?
Our driver will leave the flowers in a safe, sheltered spot and notify the recipient. If you have specific instructions, please add them in the order notes at checkout.
Can I track my delivery?
We do best try to do delivery ans early as possible If you have any concerns about your delivery, please contact us.
Do you deliver to hospitals, workplaces, or businesses?
Absolutely! We deliver to residential addresses, hospitals, workplaces, and businesses within our delivery zones. Please include any relevant access instructions in your order notes.
What if I need to change my delivery address or date?
Please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate changes before your order is dispatched.
Can I Cancel my order ?
yes- you can cancel the order, we need at-list 48 hours notice before delivery date for full refund.
if you cancel within day before or same day order- we unable to any refunds.
