1. Freshness Guarantee

Each bouquet and gift is carefully prepared before delivery. If your order arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

2. Return & Replacement

  • Fresh flowers and perishable items cannot be returned due to their delicate nature.
  • In case of damage, incorrect items, or poor quality, we’ll gladly like to hear from you.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed to your original payment method within 7-15 business days after approval.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
  • Once preparation or dispatch begins, cancellations may not be possible.
